  Job Description
• Handling Beeline Customers’ Phone Informational And Complex Inquiries;
• Greeting Customer;
• Answering Customer Queries Related To Beeline’s Products/services;
• Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Satisfy Customer;
• Observes Customer Service KPIs;
• Ensuring Customer Retention Through Efficient And Desired Levels Of Service
  Job Requirements
• Successfully graduated bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration or other relevant field;
• One (1) year of working experience in providing customer service via phone is an advantage;
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Must be able to use English & Khmer both oral and written communication;
• Able to work in rotating shifts;
• Good product/service orientation.
